• Develop and support PCBA & HLA functional test systems (AC/DC/RF/Embedded).
• Develop test software using NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, C#.
• Design test interface boards, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform system integration, troubleshooting , verification and validation, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with mechanical, project management, and service teams.
• Provide phone/remote/onsite technical support when required.
• Provide technical user manual documentation work for machines/testers.
• Assist and perform any duties assigned as deem fit.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Master in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic engineering or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 2 years+ experience in functional test system development.
• Passionate about software programming (LabVIEW/TestStand/C# is a plus).
• Strong knowledge in circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
• Self-driven, analytical, and committed to project deadlines.
• Experience with embedded systems (STM32/Arduino), test equipment (Eg: Oscilloscope, DMM, Electronic load, DAQ, spectrum analyzer), or PLCs is an advantage.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machines, testers, jigs & fixtures by applying mechanical engineering principles to meet functional, quality, and cost requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Participate in external meetings to define practical project scopes and technical requirements in alignment with customer expectations.
• Provide technical support to the production team to resolve process-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare, review, and maintain engineering documentation, including fabrication drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and product quality using DFM/DFA principles.
• Conduct FMEA and risk assessments during the early design phase to ensure robust, reliable, and safe mechanical designs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Basic proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, or Creo.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues encountered during assembly, integration, or functional testing.
