Design and develop the tester’s metal structure, test fixture, and test platform in accordance with customer requirements and PCBA design specifications.
Develop the LabVIEW/TestStand software in accordance with customer specifications, incorporating functionalities for test execution control, data management, and provided test report.
Managed the outsourcing of the tester’s fabrication process.
Assemble according to the designed configuration of the tester.
Perform wiring connections to ensure full tester functionality, including routing probes to the back-panel interface or tester platform, and soldering components on customized interface boards as required.
Integrate the software program with the tester to ensure proper functionality and system performance.
Install those tester at customers’ facilities and provide training on proper operation.
Provide after sales support including service repair and preventive maintenance.
